Bridge of Allan Counselling is run by Rhonda Peebles. Her approach is to empower you to achieve your goals by creating a safe, trusting environment that facilitates growth and new perspectives. We believe everyone has the potential for growth, personal development, and change.
I primarily practise Person-centred Therapy with individuals, couples and families, my therapeutic approach also draws from my training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Photo-therapy which offers a therapeutic experience that will be specifically tailored to your personal needs. Whatever your reason for making contact, psychotherapy can help you understand what you are going through and support you as you face difficult thoughts and feelings. Everyone can find life overwhelming at times. I provide a safe and confidential space in which to talk about and explore what is troubling you so that together we can start to make sense of your feelings and concerns. Counselling is offered in office, online or by phone.
